We are seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to provide exceptional repair and maintenance services for a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' mobile devices are promptly and expertly repaired to the highest standards.

Main duties include

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and troubleshooting software problems.
Perform thorough assessments of devices to identify issues and provide accurate repair estimates to customers.
Utilize a variety of specialized tools and equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mobile devices.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the proper handling and disposal of parts and materials.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.

Skills and Education

Proven 1 years of experience as a Mobile Repair Technician or similar role.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in a variety of mobile devices.
Strong knowledge of mobile device components and their functions.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in mobile device repair is a plus.
